Texas Shield Pest Control provides high‑quality pest control services backed by honest, transparent policies.

Because pest control is a service‑based industry, refunds are generally not issued after treatment has been completed.

However, we will provide:

Re‑service at no additional cost if pests return within the guarantee period
Review of the property if results are not as expected

If a customer cancels a prepaid service before treatment, a full refund will be issued.

Customers may cancel at any time. Refunds are not issued for past services already performed.
